About Red Lynx Wrestling Club

Red Lynx Wrestling Club is a youth wrestling club based out of Kernersville, NC. We have been in service to the community of Kernersville since March 1st, 2023. We serve wrestlers of all ages 5+, both boys and girls! We are growing by the day, helping to uplift the sport of wrestling not only in the town of Kernersville but in the state of North Carolina! We look forward to you joining our Red Lynx Family!

Description
Our Littles class is for anyone between grades K-5 with less than two years of experience, who are interested in learning the basic skills of wrestling. This class is designed to focus on the instructional aspects of wrestling through a fun, developmental and methodical approach and will take place on Tuesday’s, Wednesday’s and Thursdays. In addition, this class is great preparation for our Rising Cats class. Those who have 1 or more years of experience please contact us at RedLynxWrestlingClub@gmail.com or speak with a coach.
Our Risers class is for anyone between grades 6th-8th with less than three years of experience, who are interested in learning the basic skills of wrestling. This class is designed to focus on the instructional aspects of wrestling through a fun, developmental and methodical approach created by our amazing Coaching staff and will take place on Tuesday’s, Wednesday’s and Thursdays. In addition, this class is great preparation for our BIGS/Experienced class. Those who have 1 or more years of experience please contact us at RedLynxWrestlingClub@gmail.com or speak with a coach.
Our BIGS class is for anyone between the 6th-12th Grade with more than 1 year of experience, who are interested in taking their wrestling to the next level. This class is designed specifically for the wrestler who wants to be better than just good! Maybe you didn’t reach your goals this past season, maybe you’re tired of losing to kids who you know you should beat, maybe you’re hungry to be the best! Together we will reach your goals through a developmental and methodical approach created specifically for this group by our Coaching staff. Big Cats Class will take place on Monday-Thursday. This class is tough & expectations are high! Accountability is a huge part of this program, not only for the individual but for the entire club! Come in prepared to work, you should arrive to class 5-10 minutes early to get shoes & gear on. You need to be on the mats ON TIME!

Our mission as a club is to provide the community of kernersville with a top notch wrestling club that is family oriented, community based & available for all. We would like to educate the community about the benefits of the sport of wrestling. we are here to serve our youth and help them to achieve their goals both on & off the mat!
